Transformation is a journey not a race. As long as you are a member with ongoing access you decide how little or as much time you need. Skip around, explore the topics, and focus on what resonates most with you. All Q&A and Coaching calls are recorded and conveniently posted in both the membership portal and on your private members only podcast site.
Speaking fees are determined by several factors. Depending on whether the event is virtual or in-person, the date, duration, and if you’d like the keynote/workshop customized for your event. The same applies to the cost of hiring any other speaker. To get a more accurate fee, please complete the pre-event questionnaire with as much detail as possible.

Change is possible; you just have to decide you are worthy of it. If you regularly consume a lot of free self-help material and have tried to piece it together to make it work for you, perhaps this is why you’ve been stuck. Without a roadmap and the support of a community, it is possible to get lost along the way. This is where the Restore Roadmap and the Clarity Club differ from all the other programs.
That’s why you are here. This program is all about dealing with overwhelm and stress, and that’s why we break things down into the modules that will have the most impact to get you back on track and restore balance. If you need more accountability, I strongly suggest you join the Clarity Club for additional support, coaching opportunities, and live q & A sessions to help you get the most out of the program.
Because the Restore Roadmap is a self-paced program, you can invest as many or as few hours a week as your schedule allows. A good rule of thumb is to allocate an hour to watching the lessons each week and about 10 to 20 minutes a day to putting the lessons into action. Don’t forget if you sign up for The Clarity Club, the Restore Roadmap is included, and you have access to all the lessons in your members-only private podcast.
Coaching is a partnership. It is not psychotherapy. Coaching can supplement therapy, but ultimately it is meant to challenge and support you when major traumas are already healed.

If you cannot use your purchased package sessions for any reason, you may put the remaining sessions on a 3-month hold.
Coaching is a partnership designed to facilitate the creation of personal, professional, or career goals and to develop and carry out a strategy for achieving those goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling or advice giving. It is also not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.
Cancellations may be made up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Within 24 hours a $25 fee will apply. Should you be a “no-show” for two appointments during our coaching relationship (without notification or rescheduling), we will evaluate whether or not coaching is appropriate for you right now.
Each session can take place on zoom or by telephone, whichever is your preference. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Depending on your event’s schedule and the time of her speech, we may be able to work out the ability for a meet and greet. If you have valuable partners, clients, or a happy hour for attendees, please mention them when booking. Sometimes the opportunity for your audience to interact with Micah in a more normal environment can be priceless.
Given the number of courses and podcasts Micah produces, there is never a shortage of well-being content. Depending on the nature of your event and what you’d like your audience to focus on post-event, we can provide information for you to share before and after.
A 50% deposit is required, with the remainder due 30 days before your event. Travel expenses are handled directly by True Basis Health. They will be communicated in detail before booking to ensure you understand these expenses.

We prefer at least 60 days’ notice; however, if you have a last-minute corporate event, we’ll be happy to see how we can accommodate you.
